Doug serves as the founding pastor and visionary leader of Rust City, a church in the heart of the Rust Belt (Youngstown, OH) passionate about seeing God revive the rust in their region and in people’s hearts, and inviting them to forget religion, find God, and move toward a new possible.

Doug partners with CMN, whose goal is to see a healthy church in every community. CMN offers training, resources, and relationships to church planters across the nation. As a church planter himself, Doug has a desire to help others on that journey.
